Salary - 16,000 to 17,000 Per Month + Food+ Room
Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of Indian and South Indian dishes according to traditional recipes and methods.
Plan menus based on seasonal ingredients and dietary restrictions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in cooking.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Collaborate with family members to understand their culinary preferences and dietary needs.
Skills and Qualifications
2-10 years of experience in cooking Indian and South Indian cuisine.
Proficiency in cooking techniques specific to Indian dishes, including but not limited to curries, dosa, idli, and biryani.
Strong understanding of spices and their usage in Indian cooking.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills to interact with family members regarding meal planning and preferences.
