Job Description/Responsibilities
● Responsible for delivering the targeted numbers both in terms of Volume as well as Value
● Maintaining Financial Hygiene
● Handling a team of ASE’s & SE’s/ motivating them & guiding them
● To ensure that Shipments are well supported by depletions & tertiaries
● To be on top of the Market information & keep the organization updated.
● Identifying potential customers & developing business opportunities
● To ensure that he himself & his team follows the GTM norms.
● Building a healthy relationship in the market
