Urgent opening for Senior Broker US logistics for US Logistic company @ Mohali.

Experience - 06 Months to 1 Year in US logistics process

Minimum 6 months of experience in freight brokerage is MANDATORY.

Salary - 30,000- 35,000k + ( depending on experience)

Work Time - 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Working Days - 5

Job Role

Excellent Communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.

Good understanding of the Freight Industry.

Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Express.

Proficient negotiating skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Have a current book of business as a Freight Broker

Must be a self-starter who is willing to work with our existing Customers and work on expanding their own Customer base.

Handle all operations and communications with customers and carriers

Manage current customers while developing relationships with New Customers

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Sales & must achieve given targets

Strong multi - tasker who is super-fast at navigating multiple computer applications (E-mails, DAT Key Point, DAT Power, TMS, Truckstop, Load Match, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, etc.)

Acquire new business through prospecting, cold calling etc. Contract with freight shipping carriers and negotiate the best rates and services for our customers.

Must be willing to have professional communication with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers

Must have a capability to handle the team provided to them & must generate sales from the team.
