We are seeking a Back Office Coordinator to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing back office operations, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various departments.
Experience - 1+ Year in Back Office, Coordinator, MIS
Female Married Candidate Only.
Salary - 16000 Per Month
Working Time - 10 AM To 6PM
Location - Sector 45, Chandigarh
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage back office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Handle communication with various departments to facilitate information flow.
Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.
Support the team in administrative tasks and project management.
