Urgent opening in Business Development Manager(US Markets) in IT BPO Company @ Mohali Location Near Chandigarh
Experience required - 7-8 years in Business Development (US Markets) Only
Salary - As per market
Preferred Candidates from US Markets - Federal and State Experience Only.
Qualification -Bachelor's degree in business development, marketing, or similar.
Master of business administration degree (MBA) preferred.
Responsibilities:
Handling MSP Business for USA augmentation, Contingent workforce summit, Diversity business.
Developing new business prospect in MSP Accounts.
Developed strategies for new business within commercial MSPs
Strong relationship with supply base management at different MSPs
Leading the US Commercial Sales Team, Meetings, and client acquisitions
Leading client calls and presentations for team members
Responsible for setting up the Client /Revenue and delivery for Account’s managers.
Implementing business process and new developments
Responsible for New business relationship for MSP/VSM business for fortune 500 Clients.
Showcase company’s capabilities and target specific client domain.
Attending Summit for Diversity and VMSA for Networking.
Keep close watch on Score card for accounts and Dealing with Program Managers to get program
Strategic Plans for MSP programs and developing client diversity channels and strategic sourcing Leads
Filling details on portals for Suppliers and procurement for Client information and vendor Selection process.
Negotiate and finalize contracts and MSA. Develop and maintain various reports like costing and earning per employee.
Understanding of long-term business relationships. Interface with all levels of management and support client's project or staffing needs
Excellent client interaction skills and strategic relationship building skills
Research-orientation and analytical skills are a must
Requirements:
