Experience: 3-4 years in Copywriter in Advertisement(Preferred candidates from Creative Media or Advertising Field Competencies only)

CTC- 3 LPA to 6 LPA

● 2-4 years of relevant work experience in the creative media or advertising field Competencies: *Copywriting, developing, and creating digital/social strategies and campaigns *Conceptual and brainstorming skills *Time management, organization, and communication *Effectively collaborate with various teams, providing useful guidance in an enthusiastic and inspiring manner

● A huge interest in the big social media platforms and their abilities/limitations

● Experience working with designers, and creators, and be focused on the creative team processes

● An obsession with sports, music, or food-we love people who can bring their own interests into the mix

Do a range of creative work from faster, “smaller” pieces of content to “bigger” builds for a range of clients, as well as Step1 -wide projects
