Urgent Opening for Accounts Finance Executive in Corporate Company @ Chandigarh

Experience: 3-6 years Finance & Accounts

Remuneration: 25,000 to 28,000 Per Month

Male Candidate

Key Responsibilities:

 Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as the bank

transactions and vendor payments.

 Responsible for Bank reconciliation and processing invoices.

 Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other

financial needs as necessary.

 Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential

improvement.

 Research and analyze financial reports.

 Create client invoices on an ongoing basis.

 Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.

 Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for

financial purposes.

 Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.

 Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual

performance compared to the business plans.

 Must have complete knowledge of Tally ERP 9, TDS & GST returns.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA/CPA/CFA will be an added

advantage

 3-6 years of experience in finance or accounting role

 Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and tax regulations

 Understanding of data privacy standards

 Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP) and MS Office, especially Excel

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration

 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
