Position Overview: A Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving company growth. They often research market trends, create sales strategies, attend industry events, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to analyse data and adapt to changing market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and prospect potential clients and partners to expand the company's business opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

- Research and analyse market trends, competition, and customer preferences to develop effective business strategies.

- Negotiate and close deals, contracts, and partnerships, ensuring favourable terms for the company.

- Monitor and report on key sales and business development metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

- Provide regular updates to the management team on business development activities and results.
