Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service: Greet customers immediately, assist with product selection, and provide detailed product information to drive sales.Sales Processing: Efficiently handle transactions, including cash, credit cards, and invoicing.Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, pricing, and current promotions.Inventory & Maintenance: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and keep the counter/store area clean and organized.Order Management: Process customer orders from inquiry to final delivery.Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships to encourage repeat business.
