Qualifications & Skills:
 Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA/CPA/CFA will be an added
advantage
 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting role
Salary - 25,000 to 30,000 Per Month
 Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and tax regulations
 Understanding of data privacy standards
 Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP) and MS Office, especially Excel
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Working Location - Sector 82 Mohali
Working Hours- 09:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. (Sundays off, alternate Saturdays off)
Key Responsibilities:
 Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as the bank transactions and vendor payments.
 Responsible for Bank reconciliation and processing invoices.
 Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.
 Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
 Research and analyze financial reports.
 Create client invoices on an ongoing basis.
 Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
 Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
 Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
 Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company-s actual performance compared to the business plans.
 Must have complete knowledge of Tally ERP 9, TDS & GST returns.
