We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant Manager specializing in Social Audit, SEDEX, and Supply Chain Security (CTPAT & SCAN) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in HR or compliance roles, with a strong background in social responsibility and security standards. This role involves coordinating audits, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with various departments to uphold our commitment to ethical practices and security measures.
Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation and management of social audits in compliance with SEDEX standards.
Coordinate and support CTPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) and SCAN (Supply Chain Security) security initiatives.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and documentation for audits.
Provide training and guidance to staff on social responsibility and security protocols.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation of audit findings and recommendations.
Act as a point of contact for external auditors and regulatory bodies during the audit process.
Monitor industry trends and changes in regulations related to social audits and supply chain security.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR, compliance, or auditing, preferably with a focus on social responsibility and security standards.
Strong understanding of SEDEX standards and social auditing processes.
Familiarity with CTPAT and SCAN security protocols.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and audit management software.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various stakeholders.
