Job Description
* Handling complete import documentation process
* Coordination with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders
* Managing shipment tracking and delivery schedules
* Knowledge of customs clearance procedures and import compliance
* Preparing and verifying invoices, packing lists, BOE, and other import documents
* Coordination with CHA, transporters, and warehouse team
* Maintaining records of import transactions and shipment status
* Ensuring timely clearance and cost-effective import operations
* Good communication and negotiation skills required
* Candidate should be professional, responsible, and experienced in handling import operations independently
