Job Responsibilities;-

Regulatory monitoring of label compliance (Nutritional fact, Ingredient and Allergen advice) of the products.

Generating Health Certificates, flow diagrams, manufacturing declarations

and other relevant documents according to the needs of different international

buyers.

Handling and processing of organic production and organic certification

conducting heat penetration and heat distribution studies of various RTE

products (Curry, rice, cooked sauces and pasta) as per the requirement of the

FDA.

To find the area owner Responsibility, take Corrective action for Low score area.

Monitor the all activity of GMP through directly monitoring of area as requirement

define in GHK and GMP checklist.

 Regular updation of document & review, all standards manual review and fulfil all the

requirement followed by standard.
