B.tech (Mech.)/ B.Sc + M.Tech/ MBA (Technical qualification)
Job Description:
 Achievement of set target for a financial year
 Monitor post-sales customer/architect/site works as per the project management plan and timely update site
status information to PMD.
 Timely communication with the customers to apprise them about project status.
 Schedule preliminary site visit(s) upon closure of order as per PMP and take preliminary site measurements for
procurement.
 Coordinate with the customer site supervisor for window opening readiness as per approved section drawings and
samples.
 Helping team members in closing orders and achieving their targets,
 Ensuring timely preparation of offers and estimates by pre-sales team,
 Answering client queries about product specifications and uses,
 Maintaining architect and client relationships,
 Learn and understand the product so as to gain in-depth knowledge of the same,
 Creating and presenting sales performance reports in routine meetings,
 Seek Customer Satisfaction Survey feedback from customers.
 Adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
Required Skill Sets:
 Excellence in MS Office, MS Excel, and marketing and sales software,
 Must have knowledge of reading and interpreting CAD drawings and plans,
 Must be analytical and good in mathematics.
Non–Technical Skill Sets:
 Effective communication and interpersonal skills,
 Must know the art of selling,
 Must be disciplined, well-dressed, and presentable
