Key Responsibilities
• Relationship Management: Build strong, daily working bonds with bank branch managers, tellers, and relationship officers to promote insurance offerings.
• Sales Target Achievement: Drive cross-selling and up-selling of insurance policies to the bank’s existing and walk-in customer base to meet monthly and annual business goals.
• Staff Training: Train bank employees on insurance products, sales pitches, and regulatory guidelines so they can confidently recommend policies.
• Lead Conversion: Assist bank staff in closing high-value sales, conducting joint client meetings, and processing customer leads efficiently.
