We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for our Agency Channel in the Life Insurance Company @ Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through effective management of agents, developing new business strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Experience - 0 to 10 Years in Sales
Salary - 3 to 4.2 Lakh pa + Incentive+1 Lakh Stipend
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve agency channel targets.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of agents to ensure targets are met.
Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team.
Build strong relationships with agents and provide ongoing support and guidance.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Strong understanding of life insurance products and the agency distribution model.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
