● Handling a team of ASE’s & SE’s/ motivating them & guiding them

● To ensure that Shipments are well supported by depletions & tertiaries

● To be on top of the Market information & keep the organization updated.

● Identifying potential customers & developing business opportunities

● To ensure that he himself & his team follows the GTM norms.
